ABOUT THE SITE
This website is a furniture retail storefront. It displays products, allows you to build a cart in your browser, submit order requests, contact the business and submit customer reviews. The site does not provide a customer login or account system for shoppers.
Business information (name, phone, email, address, hours, service areas and social links) is configured by the business and shown on pages such as Contact and the footer.
ORDERS AND CHECKOUT
- Submitting an order through the site creates an order request stored in our system.
- You must provide a name and phone number to submit an order. City, address and notes are optional unless we ask for them during follow-up.
- Cart contents (product IDs, optional variant IDs and quantities) are sent with your order. Prices and totals are calculated on our servers from our product database; we do not rely on prices displayed only in your browser for final order processing.
- Before an order is accepted, our system may validate product availability, stock levels (when stock management is enabled) and promotional rules.
- After submission, order coordination may continue outside the site (for example, via WhatsApp or phone). Opening WhatsApp after checkout may be recorded as an order timeline event.
- The checkout UI may show a credit-card payment option when a feature flag is enabled. The current codebase does not integrate a live payment gateway and does not collect card numbers on the site. Payment method shown at checkout is recorded as order metadata; actual payment arrangements are handled separately unless and until a payment processor is integrated.
PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Product prices, descriptions, images and availability are loaded from our database and may change without notice on the site.
- Products may have variants (for example, size or finish). The product page and server validation determine which variant applies to an order line.
- Some products may display a warranty period in months when that field is set for the product.
- Product images are intended to represent the item; colors, materials and appearance may vary in person.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery information is published on the site's Shipping page (/shipping/), which is managed through our content system and may be updated by administrators. The site may display free-shipping messaging or thresholds for marketing purposes; Any shipping promotions or free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions displayed on the website at the time of the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refund information is published on the site's Returns page (/returns/), managed through our content system.
CONTACT AND INQUIRIES
When you submit the Contact form, you agree to provide accurate contact information (name and phone are required on the form). We may use your submission to respond to your inquiry. Optional fields include message and inquiry type.
We may use technical measures including rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile (when enabled) to reduce spam and abuse.
REVIEWS AND USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
- You may submit a review with name, city, rating, message, category and an optional photo.
- Reviews are stored with status pending until approved by an administrator. We may edit, reject or remove reviews at our discretion.
- Approved reviews may be displayed on the site (for example, on the review page or homepage sections).
- By submitting a review, you represent that your submission is based on your genuine experience to the best of your knowledge.
ACCEPTABLE USE
The site uses rate limiting on order, contact, review and related API routes to reduce automated abuse. We may reject or ignore submissions that appear fraudulent, abusive or excessive.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site may link to or embed third-party services, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Reviews, social media platforms configured in business settings and analytics or advertising pixels when enabled.
We do not control third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
ADMIN AREA
A private administrative dashboard exists at a non-public URL path and is protected by administrator authentication. These Terms do not grant you access to the admin area. Unauthorized access attempts may be rate-limited and blocked.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DISCLAIMERS
The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Product availability and pricing displayed on the site may change. Order submission does not by itself guarantee fulfillment until confirmed through our normal order process.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
